Terms and Conditions
General terms and conditions of contract with VB Sports (VB Global Group SL)
Considering that its purpose is the sale, by telematic/electronic means, of tickets for all types of events and shows, as well as leisure packages; and considering that the Client is interested in purchasing Tickets, the parties agree to the following clauses.
1. Responsibility of VB Global Group SL.
VB Global Group SL will provide the Client with the services previously agreed upon on the Front of this document. Likewise, VB Global Group SL will be responsible for the management of the transaction and the activity of the Customer Service for the delivery of the Tickets. For the purposes of this contract, a ticket is understood to be any document that allows access to the Event, regardless of its format (ordinary paper tickets, season tickets, Eticket, etc.).
2. Customer Responsibility.
The Client agrees to pay the full price of the tickets by any of the payment methods and conditions stipulated on the front of this document. The tickets delivered to the client cannot be uploaded or sold on any marketplace, website or on the street or near the event. If this occurs, the tickets may be cancelled, and the client may pay a penalty.
3. Limitation of Liability.
VB Global Group SL is not responsible for any changes in time, date, seat or cancellation by the organizer or promoter of the Event. VB Global Group SL has no control over the development of the Events, the details and descriptions of the Tickets. VB Global Group SL is only a provider of information regarding the Events. Therefore, VB Global Group SL does not guarantee that the Events will take place at the stipulated place, date and time.
4. Category of Entries.
VB Global Group SL may offer the Client Higher Category Tickets if it is unable to satisfy all demand in the previously agreed Category, of which it will duly inform the Client. VB Global Group SL guarantees that the Tickets will be successive in a minimum of “pairs”, that is, 2 adjacent seats.
5. Price and Payment of Tickets.
The total amount of the Tickets will be paid/cashed in full in a single payment according to the established Payment Methods and Conditions. The Client must send proof of payment to VB Global Group SL. The offer of VB Global Group SL may be below or above the nominal value of the tickets.
6. Method of Delivery.
VB Global Group SL will have exclusive control over the delivery of the Tickets, which will vary depending on the circumstances and the proximity of the Event date. The delivery of the Tickets may be made up to the day of the Event. The Client must provide reliable proof of the identity of the persons who collect the Tickets. Furthermore, once the Tickets have been collected, VB Global Group SL is excluded from any liability or fraudulent use of the same. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of all tickets. Tickets are normally delivered within 24 hours.
Please note that if you purchase tickets within 48 hours of the event start time, tickets may be delivered up to 2 hours before the event starts.
7. Change in Ticket Details.
VB Global Group SL is not responsible for any change of seat, time, date or cancellation by the organizer or promoter of the Event. After the satisfaction of the purchase, the Client will become the owner of the Tickets, and will therefore be fully responsible for verifying the seat, time, date and other specifications of the Tickets before the arrival of the Event.
8. Cancellations and Modifications.
VB Global Group SL does not accept cancellations. However, VB Global Group SL, if it deems it appropriate and without any obligation to the Client and/or third parties, may cooperate to resolve cases in which it receives a cancellation request. If the Client wishes to modify their Reservation, they must notify VB Global Group SL as soon as possible. Likewise, VB Global Group SL reserves the right to accept the changes and modifications requested by the Client. If VB Global Group SL accepts the modification, it will inform the Client in advance of the costs of this change, if any.
9. Behavior.
The promoter or organizer of the Event reserves the right to refuse admission if the Client behaves in a manner that, in the opinion of the promoter or organizer, may cause damage or offence to a third party or to the organization itself. Likewise, the Client shall be liable for any losses, damages, costs and losses that may be caused to VB Global Group SL by his/her behavior. VB Global Group SL may claim compensation that it unilaterally considers appropriate and necessary.
10. Access to the Event.
In the event that the Client is unable to access the premises for reasons other than the exercise of the right of admission that, in each case, the promoter or organizer has reserved, he/she must immediately inform VB Global Group SL of this fact and request from the promoter or organizer of the Event a document proving what happened, which will detail, where appropriate, the reason for which he/she was unable to access. The Client must send the aforementioned document to VB Global Group SL as soon as possible.
11. Compensation to the Client.
In the event that VB Global Group SL fails to deliver all the Tickets, the Client will receive compensation corresponding to the number of Tickets not delivered.
12. Duration and Resolution.
This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of signature by both Parties and shall be effective until the date of complete performance of the obligations stipulated in this Agreement. In any case, this Agreement may be terminated without notice if the Client fails to comply with an essential obligation. In the event of failure to pay the full price within the stipulated period or to comply with any of its obligations, VB Global Group SL shall cancel this Agreement unilaterally and immediately. This does not exclude VB Global Group SL from separately claiming other compensation for consequential damages or loss of profits.
13. Data Protection.
The data provided by the Client will be collected, recorded and managed by VB Global Group SL, the data controller, for purposes related to the execution of these General Conditions and compliance with the obligations provided for in Spanish law and in community regulations. The Client is responsible for communicating in writing any changes to the data in order to keep them always up to date. The provision of data is strictly necessary for the execution of these General Conditions. Some data may be communicated to the transport company or to other companies controlled by or related to VB Global Group SL. Both the Client and VB Global Group SL declare that they comply with current regulations regarding the protection of personal data and in particular with the security measures corresponding to their files. The responsibility for non-compliance will correspond to the Party responsible for it, and will not be extensible to the other Party.
14. Arbitration.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Courts of the Community of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in force at the date of the request for arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be the city of Madrid, Spain.
15. Upgrade scenarios:
- Category better or more expensive than the one requested
- VIP tickets instead of regular ones
- Group tickets instead of couples or small groups.
VB SPORTS - Consumer Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions, the term "VB SPORTS" refers to the corporation VB SPORTSERTAINMENT. All tickets are sold by VB SPORTS on behalf of the organisers, artists, venues or producers of an event (referred to as the "Promoter") in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other terms, conditions or rules applicable to that event.
Buy tickets
- Tickets purchased by you are for your personal use only. Unless expressly agreed otherwise by us, you or anyone in your party may not resell or transfer (or attempt to resell or transfer) tickets in breach of the applicable terms. In the event of any such breach, VB SPORTS or the Promoter shall have the right to cancel the tickets without notice, refund, compensation or any other liability.
- In addition to the ticket price, your order may require payment of a handling or distribution fee per ticket, a transaction fee per order and/or any other additional fees that may apply to the event. These fees and charges are non-refundable, except as set out in clauses 3, 4, 6, 16 and 35 below.
- If you book or purchase more than the maximum number of tickets allowed per person, per card or per household, we may cancel your entire order or tickets, in which case we will refund the price of the tickets and any handling or distribution fees, transaction fees or additional fees you have paid.
- In the interests of fraud prevention and the protection of both VB SPORTS and you, we may carry out checks and/or request additional information (such as a copy of a credit or debit card statement) after you have made your booking in order to verify your purchase. In the event of suspected fraud, any tickets or bookings may be cancelled.
- You must inform VB SPORTS of any relevant changes to your address, contact telephone number or email address, both before and after receiving the tickets. You can find our contact details below. Our preferred method of contacting you will be by email, so please provide a current and valid email address, bearing in mind that your email filter may treat our emails as junk or spam.
- Bookings for tickets will not be deemed complete until they have been accepted by us. We always try to ensure that prices are correct, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have booked or purchased, we will inform you as soon as possible and we may cancel your booking (in which case we will refund the price of the tickets and any distribution, transaction or additional fee you have paid) or offer you the option of confirming your order at the correct price.
- Even though we may assign you specific seats, we reserve the right to change those seats to others of equal value.
- On rare occasions, the show or event may be filmed and/or audio recorded, with you appearing as an audience member. By purchasing tickets you consent to be filmed and/or audio recorded as an audience member. Should you experience any issues and this occurs, please contact a member of the Venue Management team.
Delivery and collection
- Tickets may be sent to you electronically, by post (including insured, registered, certified and regular delivery) or made available to you at the box office of the venue. For delivery arrangements for tickets purchased as part of a package with the VB SPORTS coach transport service, please see clause number 38 of this document.

We will try to send your tickets to you as quickly as possible, using the delivery method agreed at the time of purchase or booking, but where reasonable, we will make tickets available for collection at the box office rather than sending them to you, if:
- shipping is impractical due to scheduling issues or circumstances beyond our control (strikes, for example); or
- it is necessary for identification purposes; or
- your tickets get lost in the mail; or
- when for any other reason we are unable to send you tickets.
You will be notified by phone, email or in writing (using the contact information you have provided) if necessary. Please take into consideration the conditions for pick-up at the box office described in clause number 13.
- In cases where tickets are sent by post, you will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order, provided you have provided an email address.
As a general rule, we cannot specify the exact date on which you will receive your tickets. If you do not inform us, in the event that you do not receive your tickets, within a reasonable time frame (at least 24 hours before the event) we will not have any liability to you. - In the event that your ticket mail is returned to us marked "recipient not present", "recipient unknown" or any similar expression, your reservation may be cancelled, refunding you the price of the tickets and all additional charges (excluding distribution costs, booking management fees or transaction fees) or your reservation may be made available for collection at the box office.
- To collect tickets at the box office, the cardholder must present the card used to purchase or reserve the tickets as a form of identification. Authorization letters or other forms of identification may not be accepted and tickets may not be delivered.
- Please always check your tickets upon receipt and inform us promptly of any errors that may have occurred. Errors made during purchase cannot always be corrected and any corrections will be made at our discretion.
Cancellation Rights and Refunds
- Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded after the time of purchase, except for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions. This will be subject to any rights you may have under the Ticket Protection Plan you purchased when you purchased the tickets.
- If the event takes place but you do not receive your purchased tickets for any of the following reasons, you will receive a refund equivalent to the ticket price and any booking, transaction or additional management fees you have paid:
- VB SPORTS does not receive the tickets from the Promoter and cannot arrange for duplicates to be collected at the box office; or
- the tickets have been sent to a different address than the one you specified and you notify us within a reasonable time in the manner described above in clause 11, but you do not receive any replacement tickets; or
- your tickets were not sent and no steps were taken to make the tickets available to you for collection at the box office. - Once tickets have been sent to you, duplicate tickets will not be issued in the event of loss or theft, nor will the cost of such tickets be refunded.
Cancellation, modification or postponement of an event
- Decisions regarding the modification or cancellation of events are the responsibility of the Promoter. VB SPORTS does not guarantee that it will be able to inform you of all modifications or cancellations of any event, nor will it be held liable for refunds or for any expenses you may have incurred in respect of travel, accommodation, any other goods or services or any other form of compensation.
- It is advisable to always check in advance that an event will take place on the scheduled date, time and venue.
- In the event that a Promoter cancels an event or makes significant changes regarding the venue, date, time or (for concerts only) headliner and notifies VB SPORTS, VB SPORTS will attempt to inform you. The usual form of contact will be by post for telephone bookings and by email for online bookings. In urgent cases, contact may be made by telephone.
- In the event of a date change, or an event being amended or re-located, the Promoter will generally give you the option to keep or exchange your tickets in accordance with the new date/venue, or alternatively request a refund. In the event of an event being cancelled by the Promoter, you will generally be offered a refund. Please note that the Distribution or Handling Fee or any other Transaction Fee will not be refundable in these cases. If you have opted for Refund Insurance, this is also a non-refundable fee.
Refunds
- If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, in most cases you must return any tickets you possess:
- follow the refund instructions, otherwise you may not receive a refund. If they require you to return the tickets, please do so without delay and within the timeframe communicated to you. Tickets must be returned (accompanied by a copy of the email or letter entitling you to a refund, or by a note stating the order reference number and contact information) to the address specified by certified mail (or an equivalent secure shipping method). Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. - Any refund will generally be paid using the same method you used to purchase your tickets, within 30 days of the original event date or the date we receive your tickets, whichever is later.

- No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the tickets, venue or event (see clause number 26).
Attendance at the event
- Events are not the responsibility of VB SPORTS. VB SPORTS does not organize events and has no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss of any kind that may occur at or in connection with an event (including loss, damage, theft or robbery of any personal property during an event).
- Admission to the event is subject in all cases to any terms, conditions or rules established by the Promoter and the venue operator. If you breach any such terms, conditions or rules, the Promoter or the venue operator may refuse you admission or require you or other ticket holders to leave the venue or premises.
- Among other things, you must obey health and safety rules and any security requirements (including security searches of all those attending the event). The venue or the Promoter will have the right to refuse you admission or eject you from the venue in certain circumstances, particularly if you are involved in abusive or threatening behaviour, anti-social behaviour or behaviour whilst intoxicated, are in possession of weapons or illegal or prohibited substances, are making unauthorised video or audio recordings or images. There will also often be rules restricting or preventing admission of late arrivals.
- VB SPORTS will highlight any terms, conditions or rules relating to the event that it is aware of and considers to be of particular importance, noteworthy or unusual. This will generally include age restrictions, ticket types etc. The Promoter or venue operator will make full details of any relevant terms, conditions and rules available to you via the box office, website or during the online checkout process.
- Before finalizing your purchase or reservation, please read carefully all information regarding the event and/or ticket. If you or any member of your party have special needs, please let us know at the time of booking and we will try to meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that requirements can be met if notification is made at the time of the event.
- When you receive your tickets, please check all your details carefully. When attending the event, please bring with you a valid form of proof of age, if appropriate.
- You may be assigned specific seats at the time of ticket purchase, but both the Promoter and the venue operator reserve the right to exchange those seats for others of equal value.
VB SPORTS coach transport
- Clauses 34 to 39 (both inclusive) shall apply in cases where VB SPORTS offers coach transport in conjunction with the ticket. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, although VB SPORTS sells tickets only as an agent for the Promoter, the transport service is provided by the Promoter.
- VB SPORTS may alter or cancel the coaches available to you for operational reasons. Although VB SPORTS will make every effort to notify you (using the contact information you have provided) of any changes to your journey, it cannot guarantee that it will do so. You should always check that the journey is proceeding as planned, at the agreed time and departure point, and inform your group of any changes.
- In the event that VB SPORTS makes any changes to coach availability in a manner that results in you being unable to attend the event, you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of your coach transport, the price of your ticket and any distribution, handling, transaction or additional fees. This does not include a change in the coach schedule within the same day as that for which it was planned.
- VB SPORTS will take all possible measures to ensure that the coach is punctual, but will not be responsible for delays that are due to unforeseeable circumstances or circumstances beyond its control (delays due to traffic or vehicle breakdown, for example).
- You must take care of all belongings you may carry with you on any coach, and under no circumstances should you leave them unattended. VB SPORTS will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft or robbery of such belongings.
- Tickets for events purchased as part of a ticket and transport package will not be sent to you in advance unless otherwise stated by VB SPORTS. Unless otherwise stated:
- you and your party must travel on the designated coach in order to receive your tickets. If you or any member of your party does not travel on the designated coach, you will not be guaranteed entry to the event;
- the coach ticket must be shown in order to collect the ticket for the event. In the event that you or any member of your party loses your coach ticket, you must show the credit or debit card used to make the purchase in order to collect the ticket for the event.
Privacy
- We may share your personal information with Promoters, venue operators, coach operators and other third parties, solely for event-related purposes. Otherwise, we will not share your information for marketing purposes or for any other purpose without your consent (as part of the purchasing or booking process) unless required by law.
- VB SPORTS will only share your information with third parties if you have given us your consent to do so. These third parties may use your information to contact you regarding the specific event or other relevant events you may be interested in based on your purchase history.
- We will always respect your privacy and keep all communications between you and us confidential. We will always comply with applicable data protection legislation in Spain.
General
- VB SPORTS cannot be held liable in any way for the acts or omissions of third parties (including Promoters and room operators). However, VB SPORTS does not intend to avoid liability to you in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other type of liability not capable of being legally limited or excluded.
- These terms and conditions do not create any rights or obligations enforceable by or against anyone other than VB SPORTS, you and, in the manner in which VB SPORTS contracts as agent for the Promoter, the Promoter having direct rights and obligations under these terms and conditions.
- Your purchase of tickets and these terms and conditions (and any matters of a contractual or non-contractual nature arising in connection with these terms and conditions) shall be governed by Spanish law, and any dispute arising between you and VB SPORTS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts.
